That is not constructive in any way. I know housing is not a popular thing to talk about in this community, but it is a feature that 'can' be really great.

You've suggested that there be "Living room furniture" and "Bedroom furniture." That's not a lot. If you think it is, then you need to specify exactly what the furniture is.

This is just disgraceful.

This is the complete opposite of how suggestions work. Every single feature in a suggestion is yours to create, change, and care for. If there's a feature in your suggestion that you claim isn't a part of it, or you don't care about, why include it in the first place? If you've got "No idea," why include it in the first place?

Words like "could" should not be so frequent in a suggestion. They're supposed to be concrete ideas, not flimsy possibilities. And they're supposed to be your ideas. Nobody else can change if for you; the best they can do is tell you what the issues are.

Revolutions don't start on a foundation that are about as sturdy as a soggy hamburger.

 

As a HERO, I would expect you to know that housing suggestions are...not looked kindly upon.

For beds it could be something interesting with a small "adventure" you could do daily in the scenario of a dream. This could be random to keep the "dreams" new and enjoyable (until you experience all of them). This could also have small rewards or possibly rewards for your house such as the furniture mentioned. This could at least make the bed more than just a cosmetic.

 

perhaps have a list of dreams and rewards, similar to riding the seaskipper? That could be a good use for the dreams.

Those things you quoted just don't matter that much to the suggestion, it is not like I am a game designer here, I am just pointing out a general concept and you ask me to do all the little details already. If this idea gets considered the people who truly understand the game and the games numbers will figure something out. About the sleeping feature, I merely said it was a possibility IF someone could find a good use for it, I couldn't.

 

Don't you think houses will defeat the purpose of Wynncraft???

 

How would they do that?
To be honest houses don't fit perfectly lorewise, but make the houses a bit bigger, add a downstairs serving area and a bar tap, and call it an inn.
Boom, lore.
I'd prefer a tent or a barracks though, but this is a good suggestion.

Possibly, prices and such don't really matter to me that much. The details would have to be figured out by people who truly understand the game.

Have all the different houses have different capabilities for customization.

The almuj Tent might have the bed and maybe room for 1 weaponrack, maybe a tiny firepit if its a big tent

Detlas barracks have a lot of weaponracks and room for a chest, as well as a basement, and a bed, but is slightly more expensive. Wouldnt have classy furniture like chairs and sofas however i imagine.

Cinfras Townhouse is rather tall and not only has room for all the aforementioned items, but also bedroom furniture and livingroom furniture, and is slightly more expensive than that

Finally, you could maybe purchase a small grove for the most expensive amount, but you could have yard furniture, and a small waterfall, and pick a music track to play in the background (like a one-zone-limited jukebox) as well as a small gottage inside the grove with all the other customizables. This would be incredibly pricey but it'd be really nice because you could

It could work amazingly or it could NOT, only time would tell, and frankly you need a concept build of some sort before you can really sell people on it.

 

Its just a quick suggestion for beds. Someone else can flesh the actual idea out.

 

Yes. It does. You said "There could be somewhat bigger houses around the cities, or just be small." in response to "Every house is the same, then?" and then said "No, because every house of the same city is the same." That's contradictory. If this is just miscommunication, please explain.

"General Ideas" should not exist in suggestions, if you really want them to be added. The whole point of suggesting something isn't to spout off random ideas for Wynn, it's to make smaller, focused, and detailed suggestions that can be quickly and easily implemented. I'm sure the CT doesn't need people giving them ideas.

If they don't matter to the suggestion, they shouldn't be a part of it. The problem is that most of them do matter. The price is one of the biggest features in suggestions that needs balancing. Having details about your features is a must-have too. Which leads me to the next point.

No. You're not really a game designer. What you are, is somebody trying to make a feature that is typically made by who? Game Designers. That means you need to think like one. You don't even need to go down to the level of detail of every single like Game Devs do. Doing the rest of the details is the only viable way to get an idea implemented. Again, suggestions are meant to be things that can be easily added to the game, not things that need complete overhauls.

The idea won't get considered because you're leaving out tremendous amounts of details. I've even set you up with questions, all you need to do is answer them all to get your details. As for understanding the game; are you not a CMD? Y'know, the people that make the game possible in the first place? Or is that just for show?

As an end; really, all you need to do is put in the details. If you really do want this suggestion added, you should care about it enough to put in a bit more effort. If you don't, then why even suggest it in the first place?
Please, don't just leave your suggestion as an unfinished pile of scrap lying around, like so many others do. Put it all together and polish it until it shines.

 

After the "dream" maybe if you own another house it could then transport you to another house you own for free. (Just to make it have more practical uses than just storage)

While owning it makes no sense, it'd be cool if you woke up in someone elses house, like an npc's house, or the roof of a bank, or in a jail cell, because you were sleepwalking.
