So my idea is to be able to customize spells to make more creative builds. So, to start off with, we use skill points. Here is the new menu for them:
    http://imgur.com/a/iNyYb
Now, Strength is the orange one, then there is Damage being the turquoise, then intel being green, dexterity being purple, and lastly, agility being the dark blue. Now, when you click on them this appears:
    http://imgur.com/a/agGIF
So, you can put different elements into skills. 1 Skill point is an extra +0.25% of that element in defense and +0.30% in that elements damage in said skill.

Now, we keep the same values we had earlier, but changed abit. So, damage does, instead of being an extra x% extra % of damage, or dexterity giving a +% chance to deal double damage, we have damage having a +0.6% chance to deal *1.5 damage, a 0.4% chance to deal *2 damage, and a 0.2% chance to deal *2.5 damage.

In defense, the way it works, is that you get an extra 3 health per skill point, and 0.4% damage reduction.

In intelligence, you save 1% mana when using a spell, and a 0.3% chance to not use any mana when using a spell, per level.

Now, dextarity is changed quite abit. One level in dexterity gives you a a 1% chance to increase your tier attack speed. Lets say you put 105 points in dexterity, you have a permanent extra tier in attack speed, and an 5% chance to get 2 extra tier attack speed. Now, beside the attack speed, one level gives you an extra 0.02 blocks of range. If you are an archer, you get an extra 0.2 blocks instead.

Now, lastly, agility which is completely different. Agility gives an extra 0.2% speed boost per level, and your speed bar goes down 0.3% slower.

    Now, for the customizable spells.

Lets say I put 10 levels of intelligence in arrowbomb. I will deal an extra 10.1% water damage while using it. (1.01% per level). This goes for any spell.

Now, here is the twist. Spells behave slightly differently with different skill points.

    Arrowstorm
Damage: Spells deal an extra 0.5% damage
Defense: Mob are pushed away with 0.05 knockback per level
Intelligence: 0.06% chance per arrow for them to be heat-seaking
Dexterity: Mobs are slowed by an extra 0.05% per arrow
Agility: Mobs have a 0.02% chance to take no knockback

    Escape:
Damage: Spells deal an extra 0.5% damage
Defense: Mobs loose 0.05% defense per level
Intelligence: Mobs are confused, dont attack for a whole 0.02 seconds per level.
Dexterity: Mobs loose a tier of attackspeed
Agility: You travel an extra 0.08 blocks per level.

    Arrowbomb:
Damage: Spells deal an extra 0.5% damage
Defense: Mob are pushed away with 0.05 knockback per level
Intelligence: 0.06% chance per arrow for them to be heat-seaking
Dexterity: Mobs are slowed by an extra 0.03% per arrow
Agility: Mobs take have a 0.01% chance to not take knockback

    Arrowshield:
Damage: Mobs take in an extra 0.3% neutral damage
Defense: Mobs take in an extra 0.09% damage
Intelligence: Raining arrows have a 0.05% chance to be heat-seaking
Dexterity: Mobs are pushed away an extra 0.02 blocks per level
Agility: Mobs loose 0.07% speed per level for 3 seconds.

More spells to be done soon

I like the idea of having specific skill points give spells SMALL boosts (not too much or else OP). It's best not to change skill points. It's already good, so let's not try to fix it.

    Have it be:

    Strength: Dark green
Defense (i assume thats what you meant): Red
    Intel: Light blue/cyan
    Dex: Yellow
    Agi: Light gray/white

(It fits with the ingame powders/element colors)

The whole thing sounds a little confusing, but the idea is brilliant. As far as I can understand, this gives the players essentially a 'focus' of their builds and opens up a heck ton of possibilities. Like you can literally make a fully crowd control archer and stuff like that. I liked it :D
