lol what speed build is gonna have 100 intel, also i think its a bit under-powered for an entire mythic, Unless they just make mythic necklaces a lot easier to find then average mythics,

O yeah and that bow is fucking broken xdd
This is a cata its a fucking melee weapon and it has less damage then your 100-780 thunder RANGED WEAPON that can spam like 5 bombs at a time

xd Also the health penalty is way worse

 

1. Lower damage
2. make it so the draw backs actually matter

 

Ranged weapon is hard to aim and Kamisama isn't really a speed build that much

 

Sins is insanely OP. Your looking at 50-90k bombs, and the downsides don't even matter

I'd also change the lore to something which seems more signifigant than it belonging to a feared pirate. It just doesn't seem to have a very interesting backstory. I am not good at lores, but I think that this one isn't great. I know that lores aren't meant to be extremely long, but certain items like Apocalypse, Ivory and Weathered have backstories which are more interesting and remain short.

It deals 642 DPS, which is actually in the top 20 Bows.

 

Cluster with full t6 thunder is better and less expensive
