I'd love there to be some persistent client side caching of the blocks so that when you first start a play session the blocks are available for longer distance viewing.

While this is doable, please don't, you aren't supposed to download the server files.

It's against the server rules to download the map for specific reasons.

So if we cache the blocks, it would load faster? I'm not so sure, could you explain it in a little more detail?

This is what a lot of other MMO's will do, it's like buffering a video, you temporarily download a piece of the video so streaming is smoother.
    Something like that but ya.
Umm I don't think this is a piece of minecraft, this would require mods.
I believe there are settings for you to preload chunks client side that they added in an update.

All the blocks being rendered all the time = high CPU and GPU usage.

I don't think this is possible on servers.

This would require some serious user-end modding, and would definitely be a question for mojang, not wynncraft.

YOu could download the map like this, it would be tricky, but lets say you load all of Ragni with your 64 chunks and then copy n paste the code as it is pasted to your computer? Sure you need a good computer, but you just copy n pasted ragni.
