So far it may seem fine but instead of paragraph, why not a short list of rules/guidelines in form of bullet points?

Like...

Guidelines
* Provide reasons/evidences why is your suggestion is needed and how will it improve the game
* Consider that is your suggestion is possible to implement or not.
* Consider that will your suggestion benefit to everyone instead of just yourself.
* Provide reason if you disagree with someone else's suggestion.
* Don't automatically shut down ideas with no reason, provide your side of the argument and hold a respectable debate.
* Stay on track with the topic.

I was mainly addressing the issues I saw within the section, not the actual guidelines on how you should go about making a suggestion.

 

Oh then but having some guidelines could at least shape this subforum slightly more in a way.

These guidelines are more of "do better by doing this" rather than "do not do this".
