World V.s.c Caravandriver - V.s.s Seaskipper For Land!

There was talk about fast travel on land before but it was shot down as it will mean players will no longer walk or ride horses and find and explore the map anymore

 

If I can only caravan from certain places, then why bother at all? Scrolls are the better option.

What are the certain routes? Like I said, fill in the blanks aren't the best.

It's a perfectly fine idea, but just not needed for such short distances. The Seaskipper exists because islands are few and far between and it's a massive pain to travel the ocean.

The suggestion is mainly the idea, not the exact specifics. The GMs would likely modify the idea anyway if they added it, which they probably won't, considering the negative response.

But what about travelling between the other side of Gavel and back? That takes ages.

I know. I'm trying to emulate the style of the V.S.S SeaSkipper.

It's not so much boredom, but rather time-wasting that I'm concerned about.

What about going to do a quest in Ahmsord and then going to Llevigar to trade?

Again, it isn't boredom that I find annoying.
PS: I do have the music on, it is a great lag-meter.

Actually horses just got fixed in 1.9 so there should be no more glitches!

 

That's just the thing: Wynncraft uses 1.8.9.

 

With high tier Horse you're already pretty fast.
C.S.S will make scrolls and horse useless ...
Same thing with the restats scroll.

 

Just use 1.8

Not really. As I said, you can only go to places you've already been to.
So unless you've speed ran Jofash Docks to get to Ahmsord already, you're out of luck.

It wouldn't make scrolls useless, and horses are totally bugged out. I keep lag-dying whenever I get on my horse.
