Daily Reward Issue Suggestion

Description of Issue: Today I was collecting my daily reward, I have a pretty good streak going on for it. However, sometimes, for no reason at all, my game freezes and takes me to the same menu you get if you press the 'Esc' button. When I press the 'Esc' button again to take me back to the game screen, the chat box said Collected: [Daily Rewards: 40 Emeralds and 12 items]. I didn't even collect them--I even checked my inventory and checked the compass to see if the option to collect the daily rewards were there--they were not. I tried relogging and exiting the launcher, and it still did not come back.

My Suggestion: So, my suggestion is: could you make it so people still have the chance to collect their daily rewards, and the option to collect them does not disappear until all of the items have been collected? You can't make it so one click auto-collects everything, because if the person doesn't have enough inventory space to collect them, the items will fall on the floor and they may not have enough time to make space before another player goes to steal it. (Or maybe you could make it so they have to make enough inventory space before they could even collect the daily reward).

How this solution would be helpful: This would be more convenient for those who think they are in a safe place, such as Nesaak, but a Hungry Wendigo comes after them and is hurting them, they have to exit the compass menu to kick its ass. Even if they just leave it be, they will die and it will exit the compass menu for them anyway when they respawn. It would also help with people who have issues like mine, or those who even accidentally exit the compass menu before collecting their reward.

How I feel about this issue/inconvenience: I was really bummed out because I saw I had some tier 3 powders and even a legendary dagger I could've used. But I'm not asking to be compensated for this loss because they're just items, it's nothing to cry about. However, it will still bum people out, like me, and make them wish there was something that made them still able to collect the rewards even after exiting the menu for whatever reason. I'm sure I'm not the only one who this has happened to, so I hope you will consider this suggestion to create more happiness for your players. Despite what's happened, I still love to play on this server, but I can't say the same for others who are already frustrated, and I've spent a decent amount of money here and such issues may convince others to not invest in this server who are already fed up with other issues they may encounter. (Ok, I'm done with this giant message, sorry if I wasted your time).

It's not my job to figure that out, I know nothing of the programming abilities that would make such solutions possible, but hopefully the owners will understand what I'm trying to explain and make such solutions possible. I know it is possible because look at this amazing server, if you have a full inventory while getting quest rewards, it gives you a message that "your inventory was full so some items are on the ground" sort of thing. But thanks, kind of nervous at the kind of feedback I'm gonna get to this message. from other people, I do not wish to be criticized.

I believe this should happen, though they run the daily rewards through the loot chest system, and they disappear upon leaving the inventory.
To do this they would have to make a new system.
As to this -

Try changing your game settings.
It may also be your version, try playing in 1.8.9 as that is technically what the server is running on.
