World Messed Up T4 Chest...

So as some of you may know, there's a little house near Eltom that has a T4 chest behind the fire. Since this house is part of a quest, it's already a gigantic pain in the ass to get to and get inside of, but the rarity makes it worth it. For whatever reason, it seems that now the chest is COMPLETELY impossible to get to, with the back half of the house blocked off with barrier blocks. So one of the rarest chests in the game is just sitting there unobtainable. I propose that this chest be MOVED, to a more suitable position (not in a quest house), or just allow me to get it the old way again.​

That's the thing, that isn't a thing anymore. The door is permanently OPEN, and the barriers are ALWAYS there now.
