Help With A Quest Item...

Ok, so, my friend, Popcornman467, has lost his Climbing Helmet. We need it to do the quest Temple of the Legends. I don't know how he did, but he hasn't recovered it. This is a list of things me and him have tried: (Yes, he has completed the Ice Nations quest)
-/fixquests
-Relogging
-Asking a few mods (no one responded at the time)
-Thoroughly checking his inventory and bank

If we could just have a mod /give it back or something, I don't know. By the way, I heard about this "strict no-return policy", before some moderators sum it up he won't be able to do a number of quests without this item. Thanks for any help in advance!
