    So I have taken part in quite number of guild wars lately.
    So I was thinking of some ideas to make guild wars more fun, challenging and exciting.

    Current situation of guild wars
    Just kill mobs as mobs spawn around. Not too interesting as a whole.

    So here is my suggestion
    Defense Strategy!

    It encourages planning of the defense strategy depending on the terrain.
    For example, you can have swarms in tight places like Temple of Legends. Or have lots of ranged mobs in places where people can camp on trees and snipe.

    Best of all, to defend a territory, all it takes is just choose a defense strategy, and all 1000 mobs will be deployed for you! No more right clicking 100 times!

    Into the details

    1: How to defend?
    When the player types /guild defend, this shows up

    Every time the guild tries to defend, only 3 out of the many defense strategies will show up, and player must choose within these 3, or they can reroll those 3 choices for a small fee.

    Wools: Represents each of the defense strategy. There are many defence strategies, but only 3 will be randomly given each time the guild tries to defend. It will always be the same set of defense strategies until the player rerolls the choices. Each defense strategies will have its own cost.

    Yellow Arrows: Reroll the choices. That means the 3 randomly given defense strategies will be rerolled to new ones. Costs 100 Emeralds to use.

    Gray Checkmark: Reinforce defense. Make your defense tougher for additional cost. Clicking on it turns into Green Checkmark. See below for details. Reinforced defense costs 25% more emeralds than normal counterpart.

    Green Checkmark: Confirm. Confirm purchase of defense strategy. Note that once you set the Defense Strategy for the territory and click the Green Checkmark, you cannot change the Defence Strategy again until it is claimed again.

    2: Types of defense strategies

    Here are some Defense Strategies I can think of. I will add more throughout the days.

    These troop levels and costs are Base values. They will be modified depending on guild level, see 3. Levels and Costs Modifiers


    1: Cluster Chaos
    Mobs spawn very quickly and swarms around the player. War will last very short.

    Normal Troops:
    - 400 Level 10 Mercenaries
    - 200 Level 20 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 10 Rogue
    - 100 Level 20 Rogue

    Cost: 500 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 400 Level 20 Mercenaries
    - 200 Level 30 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 20 Rogue
    - 100 Level 30 Rogue

    Cost: 625 Emeralds

    ------------

    2: Spacial Confrontation
    Mobs spawn at low spawn rate and are spaced far apart. War will last a bit longer

    Normal Troops:
    - 200 Level 10 Mercenaries
    - 500 Level 10 Rangers
    - 200 Level 20 Rangers
    - 100 Level 10 Witch

    Cost: 500 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 200 Level 20 Mercenaries
    - 500 Level 20 Rangers
    - 200 Level 30 Rangers
    - 100 Level 20 Witch

    Cost: 625 Emeralds

    3: Round Ramp
    Mobs spawns from lowest level to highest level.

    Normal Troops:
    - 400 Level 10 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 20 Mercenaries
    - 100 Level 30 Mercenaries
    - 200 Level 10 Rogue

    Cost: 700 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 400 Level 20 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 30 Mercenaries
    - 100 Level 40 Mercenaries
    - 200 Level 20 Rogue

    Cost: 875 Emeralds

    4: Anti-camping
    Lots of ranged mobs to hit players off camping spots

    Normal Troops:
    - 700 Level 10 Rangers
    - 100 Level 10 Cleric
    - 200 Level 10 Mercenaries

    Cost: 700 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 700 Level 20 Rangers
    - 100 Level 20 Cleric
    - 200 Level 20 Mercenaries

    Cost: 875 Emeralds

    5: Spells of Destruction

    Lots of Witch and Cleric

    Normal Troops:
    - 300 Level 20 Cleric
    - 200 Level 20 Witch
    - 500 Level 10 Mercenaries

    Cost: 500 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 300 Level 30 Cleric
    - 200 Level 30 Witch
    - 500 Level 20 Mercenaries

    Cost: 625 Emeralds

    6: Mixed Variety

    A mix of every type of mobs.

    Normal Troops:
    - 300 Level 10 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 10 Rogue
    - 300 Level 10 Rangers
    - 50 Level 10 Cleric
    - 50 Level 10 Witch

    Cost: 700 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 300 Level 20 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 20 Rogue
    - 300 Level 20 Rangers
    - 50 Level 20 Cleric
    - 50 Level 20 Witch

    Cost: 875 Emeralds

    7: Brute Force Defense

    Lots of Rogue to overwhelm your enemies.

    Normal Troops:
    - 500 Level 10 Rogue
    - 300 Level 20 Rogue
    - 200 Level 30 Rogue

    Cost: 700 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 500 Level 10 Rogue
    - 300 Level 20 Rogue
    - 200 Level 30 Rogue

    Cost: 875 Emeralds

    3: Levels and Costs Modifiers

    Depending on the guild level, the troop levels and costs of the Defense Strategy will be modified from the Base Values.

    Level 1 to 5: +0 to all troop levels, +0% to Emerald Costs
    Level 5 to 10: +10 to all troop levels, +100% to Emerald Costs
    Level 11 to 20: +20 to all troop levels, +200% to Emerald Costs
    Level 21 to 30: +30 to all troop levels, +300% to Emerald Costs
    Level 31 to 40: +40 to all troop levels, +450% to Emerald Costs
    Level 41 to 55: +50 to all troop levels, +600% to Emerald Costs
    Level 56 to 70: +60 to all troop levels, +760% to Emerald Costs
    Level 71+: +70 to all troop levels, +1000% to Emerald Costs

    For example, my guild is Level 71. I launched a Brute Force Defense with Reinforce.

    So my troops are...
    - 500 Level 80 Rogue (+70 to 10)
    - 300 Level 90 Rogue (+80 to 10)
    - 200 Level 100 Rogue (+90 to 10)


    Costs: 8750 Emeralds (875 x 1000%)

    4: Special Defense Strategies
    These Defense Strategies will not be affected by Modifiers, but consists of boss mobs.
    Only available to guilds after certain level.

    8: Battle of the Corruption
    Send Corruptor of World to defend your territory.
    Unlocked at Guild Level 40.

    Normal Troops:
    - 1 Corruptor of World
    - 300 Level 60 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 60 Rogue
    - 300 Level 60 Rangers
    - 50 Level 60 Cleric
    - 49 Level 60 Witch

    Cost: 10000 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 1 Corruptor of World
    - 300 Level 70 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 70 Rogue
    - 300 Level 70 Rangers
    - 50 Level 70 Cleric
    - 49 Level 70 Witch

    Cost: 12500 Emeralds

    9: Battle of the Legends
    Send Bob to defend your territory.
    Unlocked at Guild Level 50.

    Normal Troops:
    - 1 Bob

    - 300 Level 60 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 60 Rogue
    - 300 Level 60 Rangers
    - 50 Level 60 Cleric
    - 49 Level 60 Witch

    Cost: 15000 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 1 Bob
    - 300 Level 70 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 70 Rogue
    - 300 Level 70 Rangers
    - 50 Level 70 Cleric
    - 49 Level 70 Witch

    Cost: 18750 Emeralds

    10: Battle of the Hive
    Send Qira to defend your territory.
    Unlocked at Guild Level 70.

    Normal Troops:
    - 1 Qira

    - 300 Level 80 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 80 Rogue
    - 300 Level 80 Rangers
    - 50 Level 80 Cleric
    - 49 Level 80 Witch

    Cost: 40000 Emeralds

    Reinforced Troops:
    - 1 Qira
    - 300 Level 90 Mercenaries
    - 300 Level 90 Rogue
    - 300 Level 90 Rangers
    - 50 Level 90 Cleric
    - 49 Level 90 Witch

    Cost: 50000 Emeralds

    Very nice, I have actually made a very similar idea a while back (About a year ago), Yours is just really, Really thought into... Thing is, In the current state of guilds I don't think this idea has potential of being added into the game any time soon, Yet a suggestion should be judged regarding to the suggestion itself not the ability/potential of it actually making it into the game, For example, If you could just twist a finger and the feature would be added into the game without any effort from the CT, Would you do it? In that case, Very much yes, By the way just a note, Guild wars are something that tend to be really laggy to some players, So might want to consider that and think of ways to solve/minimize it, I also really like the way you designed the thread itself, Solid 9/10 from me, Well done.

    Also care to think of a reward system for guilds since that have 0 use besides a title right now?

    We also need a scoreboard to see how many mobs players have killed in a war (for bants, this would be ezpz 2 code)
    We also need a command to see how many wars you've participated in, how many you've won, lost, killed mobs, etc.
    We also need to fix guilds
