    Its just inside the entrance to the skull on pirate island. The block above it means that its not openable.

    Less a "bug" because that means something is broken with the code. This is just a plain ol' mistake.

    due to lootchests being valuable the longer they spend unopened that one's gonna be super valuable on some WCs after the update to fix it

    Actually, the loot chest will probably be empty since they'll have to restart the worlds to fix it. Once that happens, the chest contents reset and therefore have to "age" again.

    Besides, if the world recently restarted and you had the ability to open that chest, there would barely be anything in it. Server restarts can make or break a loot run...
