World Why Can't We Visit Death's Office Whenever We Die?

With one of the quests, you die and have to go to Death's mansion and find a way out. Why isn't this used in the lore? Whenever you die, a short cutscene should play of you entering Death's office and bargaining for your life back. Death would be animated using armor stands, of course. Here's some example text, though I'm not the best at writing it's just to show the basic premise.

(15SP) [Death] GREETINGS. I HAVE NOT SEEN YOU IN A WHILE. WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE?

(13-10SP) [Death] WE MEET AGAIN. WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE?

(9-5SP) [Death] YOU SEEM TO HAVE AN ATTRACTION TO MY OFFICE. WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE THIS TIME?

(4-1SP) [Death] WHY DO YOU KEEP COMING BACK? WHY DON'T YOU REGAIN YOUR ENERGY BEFORE RUTHLESSLY DYING? ANYWAYS, LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT YOU DIED TO THIS TIME.

(0SP) [Death] I HAVE OTHER CLIENTS TO DEAL WITH, YOU KNOW. LET'S JUST GET ON WITH IT.

[Death] (looks at desk, pulls out paper)

[Death] ACCORDING TO THESE PAPERS, YOU DIED TO [death cause, mob level, etc].
[Death] IF YOU WANT TO BE BROUGHT BACK TO THE LIVING REALM, I WILL REQUIRE A SLIGHT FEE. I WILL BE TAKING [list of items dropped on death] AS WELL AS TWO SOUL POINTS. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, FEEL FREE TO ASK.

(upon losing ID-ed item) You try to speak up, but he doesn't seem to care.

[Death] NO PROBLEMS? ALL RIGHT, I WILL BE SENDING YOU BACK NOW. IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU. GOOD LUCK.

Alternatively:

[Death] I'M SORRY, I HAVE TO MAKE SOME SORT OF PROFIT OFF OF THIS BUSINESS. JUST DON'T DO IT AGAIN, OK?

You would then be teleported to your spawn location. Some of you might think "Ugh, a minute animation every time I die?" which is why there would be a way to skip it. If you hold shift for 3 seconds, the current animation would stop with this message:

[Death] ARE YOU THIS IMPATIENT? VERY WELL, HERE IS A LIST OF WHAT I TOOK. GOOD DAY.

There would also be a toggle for the death cutscene in the settings. After completing Tower of Ascension, he would act a bit more aggressively towards you. (You did kill him, after all) In addition, sometimes Death will give items to you if you sit through the cutscene.

Dying in a higher-level location:
[Death] WHY WERE YOU IN AN AREA YOU KNEW YOU COULDN'T TAKE ON? TAKE THIS [Detlas, Cinfras, Troms, etc] TELEPORT SCROLL. PLEASE GET SOMEWHERE SAFE AND STOP DYING, YOU AREN'T MY ONLY CUSTOMER.

Dying to Death in ToA:
[Death] YOU WERE SO CLOSE, TOO. I HAVE THIS RANDOM [item type] LYING AROUND AND NO USE FOR IT. TAKE IT, WHO KNOWS WHAT TYPE OF ITEM IT IS. IF YOU CAN'T USE IT, SELL IT AND GET SOMETHING YOU CAN USE. JUST KILL THE REAPER, PLEASE.

[Death] IF THIS IS JUST BETWEEN YOU AND ME, THE SO-CALLED "DEATH" AT THE TOP OF THE TOWER IS JUST A CRAZY NECROMANCER HOLDING A FARMING HOE. KEEP THAT IN MIND.
The player recieves a random unique+ item. This has a higher chance of being legendary and mythic than usual.

Dying in Lava:
[Death] DESPITE WHAT YOU MIGHT THINK, YOU ARE NOT A MAGMA SPIRIT. YOU CAN NOT SWIM IN MOLTEN STONE.

[Death] ALSO REMEMBER TO STAY HYDRATED IN HOT AREAS. DEHYDRATION CAN ALSO CAUSE DEATH.

[Death] WAIT, THIS ISN'T WATER. OH WELL, YOU CAN HAVE IT ANYWAYS.
The player recieves a random potion that they can use. This includes healing, stat, mana, wisdom, and drunken potions.

That's all, I just thought this would be fun. It's never going to be added since it is essentially a pointless feature but it would add to the immersion.Be sure to check the comments too, there's some great shit in there

 

That's neat to add to death but can we /kill in Death's office?

 

Death: DON'T GET BLOOD ON THE FLOOR
* /kill is disabled *

 

We do. Like he says, he just erases our memory every time

 

Or this can also suit as a extremely niche-type quest too, I like this.

Then maybe have it only appear below 10SP because he doesn't bother to?

If you talk back to Death after completing Beyond the Grave, he mentions ToA.

You can't go below 1 sp. If you have 1 sp and die, you still have 1 sp but instead you lose all the items you should. And you shouldn't be able to skip the cutscene because it's kinda like a punishment so people don't do /kill anyways (ik the gameplay update's sp system enforces that but lets reinforce)

 

Death: ACCORDING TO THESE PAPERS, YOU WERE KILLED BY...
Death: ...HM. YOU COMMITTED SUICIDE?
Death: DID YOU GET YOUR HEAD STUCK IN A WALL AGAIN?
Death: I'M HONESTLY IMPRESSED AT HOW HARD YOUR SKULL MUST BE TO MANAGE THAT SO OFTEN.

 

Then he would be nicer to you instead of more upset.

Losing random items is enough of a punishment. People shouldn't have to wait through Death's office if they don't want to.

The Death in ToA is not the real one, the real one is in that mansion. not sure if he was created by the real one.

When you get killed by Death in the ToA, he should say something along the lines of 'You had one job'.

Death: DID YOU HONESTLY BELIEVE YOU WERE SECRETLY PART FISH? I KNOW I DON'T.
