    That essentially sums up the thread..
    Half the time when I join I have to go off & do something else for a minute or two while half my screen is taken up..
    Or, if it is an option, before someone makes a smarty comment, make it more obvious to disable.

    As I've said, I love this server so far, but there are some minor issues.

    You can make them stop by refreshing the page.
    I get ~200 alerts daily, sitting through all of them would really be a pain.

    You can turn off notification pop ups in alert preferences.

    I only hate them on phone when there's 5+ alerts because the pop ups on phone make it impossible to do anything
