Being able to combine Taurus and Cancer was a bit much, even if you didn't do that, sorry.

Yes. To prevent it being used with Cancer and abused, Taurus' -10 attack speed tier got doubled to -20 to prevent that happening. Minding that attack speed can't actually go below Super Slow, so having more than -6 attack tier doesn't hurt you at all, it just makes it so that other, positive attack tier ID's won't help.

Yes Plasma, that's simple addition. 1-2=-1.

No. The absolute minimum on Taurus is -14% and the absolute maximum on Cancer is 13%, so the absolute best you could have is -1 attack speed tier.

 

Using that on a super fast weapon would still be crazy good. -1 attack tier is easily fixed with something like Breezehands or Clock Boots. Why not just make it like Stinger with a base of ~31?

 

Did you count weapons in that? Cause items like Return to Ether have + attack speed as well...

 

Minding that Breezehands is practically impossible to use with those two due to the skill requirement and using something like Clock Boots or something similar would leave you even more of a glass cannon than the build already used to make you.
