Pets & Horses Companions That Attack?

So i don't have a companion myself so I don't know if they do attack but if they don't it would be nice to be able to have someone that follows along with you on your journey who has your back, and you should be able to choose what class themselves they are for example if you wanted a mage companion to follow you then pick that class for them. Again I don't known anything about the companions but this would be a great idea

 

Because some pets can be bought with real life money, I"m not sure if this will pass the EULA.

 

no they dont and pretty sure it would be agaisnt the eula

 

no detail = not gunna get far, also it was there before but removed cuz players would use it to grind for them

 

Fun fact this feature did exist!
However it came with some difficulties...
Theres this thing called EULA which is a law (by Mojang) that makes sure that servers dont charge people perks that grants in-game advantages, I.E VIP Town

If it were purchaseable with ingame currency only, maybe.

 

I mean, this already kind of exists. In Almuj there is/was a place to hire mercenaries for emeralds.

 

There needs to be more places like that tbh
