World Neagative Item Stats

We all know how the higher an item's stat is, the more stars it gets. Here is an example
Cyclops' Spear

• -6% Health Regen
• 2/4s Mana Regen (***) - A maxed stat
• 3% Spell Damage
• +6 Intelligence (**) - Close to max stat
• 5 Spell Damage (*) - Good stat

What I want is to give negative stats these same kind of stars. The difference will be the lower stat gets the more stars. Here's another example.

A Mummy's Rag gives a Negative walk speed stat that ranges from 14% to 28%. The "Maxed" or Lowest the walk speed could be is 14%; so it would get three stars next to it. Here's is what the star count would look like

-14% ***
-15% **
-16% *
-17% *
-18% *
-19%
-20%
-21%
-22%
-23%
And so on. This would be a great way to better value items. People wont just look at the positive stats, they will also take low negative stats into consideration as well.

I support this fully but the 14% would be the highest because of negatives. The 23 would be the lowest

Perhaps instead of stars, another symbol? Besides that I fully support this. Also though I have seen items with two star and one star maxed stats.

 

This is cause there aren't enough options for it to be only 3 star. I think it's something like:
3 star=130 roll
2 Star=120-129 roll
1Star=110-119 roll

A trick is to highlight the post.

 

0,7-0,99 would have stars, and 1,0-1,3 would have no stars

 

I'm just saying that in your post you said that the lowest grats stars. I'm only correcting the words that you used. With negative numbers the -14 is a larger number than -23. I will quote your post and highlight the things that should be change to help you get the grammar right.

So just a smaller recap, the lowest number if you are talking negatives, is -24 and the higher number, if you are talking negatives, is -14%
