This is a good idea! I have always wanted a horse storage.

So my idea is horse storage(duh it's the title of this tread)

You can access your horse's inventory by shift-right click

Each type of horse will have a inventory of different size.

Brown: 5 slots
Black: 8 slots
Chestnut: 11 slots
White: 15 slots
Total possible: 39 slots

When you breed the horses and you get a better one the items will just stay in there.
If your horse is full you cannot breed it. It will give out a warning and you will not be able to breed it till you get enough space. Same thing if the inventory of the two horses that you wanna breed have more items than the next horse tier inventory.

You cannot put quest items and untradeble items in a horse.

The same types of horse will have the same storage.

Maybe add a lore that says you have how much items.

Also you cannot put a horse in a horse.

You will be able assess it will riding too.

You can only assess your own horse

What happens if you put items in your horses inventory, then give the horse to someone else. Also, can your horse lose items from its inventory when your soul points get low? If not, you should change it because this can easily be abused.

Also, if you want it to be accessible while rising you need to change the access keys. Pressing shift would dismount the horse. Lol.

If the inventory is shared between horses of the same tier it would be just like a portable enderchest

While I can understand your needing of horse storage, I'm an archer. I don't need/use horses. I just rocket jump with Escape Spell. So yeah, I have no need for it.
