Problems With Payment Options

I am trying to purchase the new Hero rank and I am having problems with the checkout. I live in Canada and the problem is that when I click the State/Region thing, its only showing me options for the United States. Please help. Thanks :3

That actually helped lol. I had it set to CAD before and it wasn't working. So what I did was I clicked on USD then went back to CAD and that probably made it refresh or something.

EDIT: If any of you are reading this and are having the same problem I was having, select you're payment option back to USD and then again to whatever you pay with!
