Grade Iv, V, And Vi Spell Upgrades (archer Only So Far)

    Before I start this, I want to say that I don't really need this to be added. I just wanted to share my ideas. If you see anything overpowered or underpowered, please comment about it. Also, some of these go above level 100, but I don't really care.

    Archer
    Arrow Storm
    Grade IV
    Level: 56
    Mana cost: 4

    Damage (per arrow): 22%, 20% Thunder, 20% Fire
    Arrows: 60
    +Tentacles of Doom: Each arm of arrows, after hitting its first target, will continue to fire in the direction of the target until the spell is over.

    Grade V
    Level: 76
    Mana cost: 4
    Damage: 25% 20% Thunder, 20% Fire

    Arrows: 60
    +5 Arms: Increases the number of arms to 5.

    Grade VI
    Level: 96
    Mana cost: 4
    Damage: 27% 20% Thunder, 20% Fire

    Arrows: 70
    +Arrow Burst: When the spell is cast, a burst of arrows shoots from the caster in all directions. Arrows deal 20% damage.

    Escape
    Grade IV
    Level: 66
    Mana cost: 2

    +Double Jump: Can use escape once more in midair.

    Grade V
    Level: 86
    Mana cost: 2

    +Whirlwind: Creates a small whirlwind that stays for 2 seconds and deals 20% Air damage.

    Grade VI
    Level: 106
    Mana cost: 2

    +Displaced Air: Upon using Surprise Strike, projectiles dealing 17% Air damage spray from the caster.

    Bomb Arrow
    Grade IV
    Level: 76
    Mana cost: 8
    Damage: 17% Earth, 13% Fire
    +Finale: When the arrow lands after the last bounce, explosion size is increased by 30%.

    Grade V
    Level: 96
    Mana cost: 8
    Damage:
    17% Earth, 15% Fire
    +Embers: Each bounce will leave behind 4-6 embers that deal 13% Fire.

    Grade VI
    Level: 116
    Mana cost: 8
    Damage:
    20% Earth, 15% Fire
    +Fragmentation: Finale will shoot out 7-10 Grade I Bomb Arrows.

    Arrow Shield
    Grade IV
    Level: 86
    Mana cost: 10
    Damage: 175%,
    40% Water, 30% Air
    +Lift: Enemies hit by Arrow Shield will gain Levitation 1 for 5 seconds.

    Grade V
    Level: 106
    Mana cost: 10
    Damage: 180%,
    50% Water, 30% Air

    +Semicircles: Creates 3 rings of arrows around the player instead of 1.

    Grade VI
    Level: 126
    Mana cost 10
    Damage: 225%,
    50% Water, 35% Air
    +Thunderstorm, Arrows from Arrow Rain have a 25% chance of dealing 20% Thunder damage.

    This should not be going up in base damage it should be going down in base damage so your spell effects are not so OP.
    18%/16%/13% at least probably even less then that. Also by increasing the amount of "arms" to 5 are you also lowering the amount that each arm fires from 20 per arm to 12? would you balance this as less arrows per second or less time per spell?

    Nothing to bad I can see pretty balanced

    Where is the base damage that the elemental damage is converted into, basicly you need to have base damage because the % elemental damage you see in the skill is actually the percent of the base damage converted into that element. Also it only converts neutral damage

    I believe the damage was reduced recently it should not be increased because it was too OP



    For the most part your idea's are pretty good, but your damage numbers are wrong.

    I do not like the levitate with the knockback it already has, but this inspired me to believe that the Arrow Shield when it first gets knockback should instead get a knockup, because it is to strong to have such powerful knockback a sure hit.

    Why does everyone think fragmentation is a good thing?
    ITS NOT

    Its a bug that can only be fixed if only 1 projectile will damage each entity.
    Any spell involving multiple projectiles spawning from the same point upon impact will have serious implications.

    Basically, there is no point in adding the "split effect upon impact" unless you plan on hitting the walls next to your enemies to damage them.
    Why hit the wall, hitting you enemy with a few fragments, when you can hit them directly with ALL the fragments.

    As a result, the bomb arrow tier 6 will deal Bomb Arrow 6 damage + Whatever modifiers and blah + [(Set 1) x Damage of Grade 1 Bomb Arrow + Whatever modifiers and blah], where Set 1 is a random value from 7-10.

    If you want an example, look at arrow storm.
    If you fire it in the air, you can clearly see the arc in front of you.
    But if you fire it at melee range of the target, then all of the arrows will hit the target, despite the arc.
    The arc takes distance in order to fully see how far apart the arrows fly.

    Now this is like arrow storm, except instead of taking a few seconds for all the arrows to fire, it is instantaneous.
    depending on some factors, it might not deal Knock Back (Probably not though)

    Any ability that concerns spawning projectiles from a single point upon impact is extremely broken, unless the projectiles do like no damage at all.
