this was designed to mimic the flash's powers but have downsides to make it slightly balanced
tell me if I should change anything (like the 550% walkspeed boost when used with an archer/assassin or the incredible hp regen)

 

I seriously hope this is a joke

 

Go onto a single player world, and give yourself speed 68. That is the speed of this stuff + strati on average

 

Also your set bonus has +3000 hp and -500 hp at once

 

this isn't designed to be a battle set
it's designed for fast travel

So I'd say balanced
(need over 160 AGI to wear this stuff with the -agi :3)

 

the set bonus is designed with the ring to give about 200 hp

 

This is stupidly op and stupid....

 

actually with the -agi you only need 140 agi because the armor gives -20 all together and the set bonus gives no -agi

 

Btw max ws without weapon is 195%

Yes because 120 agility is just so easy to hit espically when you are going so fast to the point where the mobs can't even react. Ok

 

tbh this thing is 1shottable and the hp regen is designed for running away
this entire thing is designed for running from fights

 

Or even better... With a max set, u got 1652 Walk as archer. Give yourself speed 82 and give it a run

 

I've messed around with speed 255

 

Put everything down to 60% then maybe
