    So apparently you cant shout unless you have paid for /gc.. Is there a temp fix for this?? If not its ok. Was just wondering

    Well... they are reworking GC (Flippin Eula man) so you might be able to get shouts for free in the future. 99.9999 percent chance you wont tho
