General Attack Effects

So ever since I got vip I have messed around with the attack effects. I have ran into one slight problem. Whenever you have an attack effect on and do /class, and choose the same class, or if you switch servers, and when you leave and come back, it will not be there. With the player effects you can do all of those listed above and it will always stay on/be there. Can this be done to attack effects to?
