Elton The Hidden City Tweaks

Two things I would recommend to make Eltom / the quest better.

1: Change the merchants races. It is nonsensical for a hidden human outlaw city to have Villager merchants. There are four (?) of them. Change suggested: make them Elves/Dwarves/Humans. Or change their tags to something like "Rogue Potion Merchant" or "Outlaw Identifier." It just breaks the story to have Villagers there. Yes I have done the quest, but it still ruins the mood.

2: The NPC in what I call the Overpass has their quest dialogue triggered every time I walk by. This is a small thing, but I now actively ignore Chat when I'm in Eltom, which has led to friends having a hard time messaging me. Just cheat the NPC back a block to two.

Otherwise, I like the new Elton.

This was thought as far as i know, but was found too hard to code for different entities for item iders, powder murchant, and item traders.

However i havn't been to the city recently die to grindign my mage to do the quest, so i mite be wrong from what i see already said.
