It Should Be A Simple Fix

All i think is that something should be said when the server you're on has lag. I've been on servers on here with 30% lag and i had no idea. Since the exp bar is used for player levels then maybe the boss bar could be used to say if there's lag. Colors can be used for the extremity of it. On this server I was on they used the boss bar to show the level of the area I was in. 1-15 was green, 16-30 was yellow, and 31-40 was red, and 41+was purple. That was cool and i think it would be helpful on here. If you do accept this than I don't think it should be active when there is no lag. And if the boss bar is used for something already than I'm sorry I'm not that far into the game.

 

Have you ever looked at the Compass in the lobby?

Why do we need to know if there is lag or not? Check your FPS, and if theres lag, then move to another server.

 

I know its there but the lag can go up while you're in the server and i'm not in a guild so i wouldn't know. i've been playing and lagging without knowing that the server has lag. thats why this could be helpful. and maybe it could be an announcement like the lvl 100 ones. it'll tell the server (not all of wynncraft just the server that has the lag). and the lag is server lag genius.

 

If you are lagging just switch servers we don't need a lagometer

 

my wifi sucks anyways so its hard to tell the difference between my creppy wifi and the server wide lag.

Well then join an empty server. The compass says which servers have how many people.

 

3 things. 1 donz be rood and 2 joining an empty server is pointless cuz itll be full about 30 seconds later. and 3 im not blind ive seen that on the compass

 

I am not being rude, and if I came across that way, then i apologize. An empty server isn't immediately filled. Most lag is client-side. "I'm not blind" is kind of rude XD

 

I cant deny 1 thing that you said there :P and i just thought of another way to show it. Ive seen text below the tab info. Maybe it could be put there.

 

I guess. But is it such an inconvienenice that it needs to be added? Even though i like your idea, sadly small quality of life ideas like this don't usually get noticed, unless they are all in one, or multiple ideas like this of the same style on one thread.
