    Powder bombs should be craftable by 1 of every type of a powder for tier 4, 5, and 6. The drop rate for rarer powders will be higher for 6 bombs.

    Idk, I just see that with being able to buy the bombs with gc instead, the server would be able to benefit more. Plus, if they were craftable, then you would just see them everywhere.
