Wynncraft Backpack Idea

I have a bit of an idea for the next update for WynnCraft.
We should really add this, wait for it...
BACKPACKS!!!
WynnCraft is filled with such a large variety of items that you cant stack (in a single inventory slot).

Think about having a full inventory full of extremely good items, and then getting another can be very stressful and if there is no bank nearby or your bank is full you could be in a bit of a bad situation.
At the moment there are 4 accessory slots and adding a 5th one would be good especially if it gives you more inventory space.

My idea of how you should be able to open the backpack is by holding down the shift key (crouching), looking straight down (with the mouse) and simply right-click the mouse button.
I think this idea will monumentally change WynnCraft (in a *better* way of course) and people will actually be able to have more than their normal inventory and their limited bank.

I think that much like armor, weapons and other accessories backpacks should have prefixs and there should be many diferent backpacks to aquire. also i know that the bank has alot of space but the meaning of the backpack is to take things on the go ready to go. i have also been thinking of special class backpacks only 1 for each class that do major improvements such as the mage should have a "Magic Cloak" increasing the damage mages do by 50%. of course these should be extremely hard to get but these special class backpacks are really good. the archers special pack should be a "Crazy Quiver Of Quickness" which will increase the speed of bows by +2 tiers. The assasin special pack could be a "Magic Knife Pack Of Dupage" which will make assasins have a 50% chance to make you hit twice. I am not sure what to make for the warrior class yet. I believe in order to get these Spec packs there will be about a level 45 quest in which you have to defeat an extremely hard boss that is level 60.

Backpacks should also give a bit of extra defence when hit in the back. I am tired of people telling me that "the bank has enough space" but if your not near a bank and have a full inventory that sucks. what if you are not a mage and cant use a heal spell so you have to carry healing potions they take up inventory space.

I hope you take my thoughts into consideration. I have given it considerable time and effort to evolve this idea and how it will integrate into the existing WynnCraft infrastructure.

 

There has already been a better suggestion.

I personally think that everyone should have access to these backpacks, not just level 50+. And everyone should have the ability to dye your backpack and not just vip. Also this guy never thought to talk about how to use the backpack. I said it could be activated by putting it in the 5th accessory slot also the upgrades he made are too expensive and too high level. I was thinking of there to be special types of backpacks such as with armor and tools. Just because he made pictures for it does not automatically make it better. SO STOP TRYING TO RUIN MY IDEAS WITH NEGATIVE COMMENTS if you have something bad to say don't say it, thank you :)

 

besides, that'd be kinda pay2win to make backpacks exclusive to VIP and beyond.

 

No it's not... by that logic donors getting more potential bank classes is pay to win, which it's not. You can manage without a backpack, it's a convience, not a neccesity

Make a better suggestion thread and you won't get nevitive feedback. You can't crap out a thread and expect to be praised

 

You should try adding more detail, some questions / comments:
1) How do you obtain these "backpacks"?
2) At what time are you able to obtain these backpacks?
3) We like the other post because it had more detail not because it had pictures
4) instead of putting those other details in the comment section, put it in the post.
5) How many slots does the backpack have?
6) instead of making the other post look bad, improve yours
7) Good idea, just needs more detail

You are going to need a lot of that in here.
You could say my class ideas were pretty underdetailed

If we don't point out shitty or bad things within a post, you can improve off of it. It's called "constructive criticism" also the original backpack thread was a lot more detailed and gave more specific examples. Also it is not to high level what so ever, the times where you'll need a back pack is mid to endgame, plus 2-4le is in no way expensive even to a level 60 player. The ability to dye backpacks is a cosmetic use, making it not game play effecting so making it for VIPs seems fair, since VIPs are basically cosmetic upgrades.

 

Banks are there for a reason. You can expand them too.

No one has said anything negative about your idea, its called constructive criticism, they are simply pointing out what needs improving on and they just told you that another thread about backpacks already exsists.

You should expect constructive criticism no matter what, even it the suggestion is 100% perfect, there will be some people who will point things out that need improving on.

Backpacks... just not a good idea. Players have enough storage and inventory space. People only want backpacks because they are lazy and don't want to manage space and walk to towns.
