A nomad who lived in Time Valley had learned the way into the Realm of Time, and returned with a necklace around him which confused the time around his neck, giving him the ability to do incredible things.

 

You just want more walk speed, don't you?

 

That's gonna need some severe debuffs though. I like it
Some negative health/regen and melee damage would be good.

No.
This is a terrible idea.

1. Stats don't work like that. You can't give whatever range you want. There is an average base value and the range is calculated from that.
2. A mythic accessory? Really? The armor was bad enough.
3. Level 87 isn't high enough to be in the general group of the high-level mythics, or low enough to be in the single lower counterparts (Az, Arch, Apoc, Pure)
4. What element is this supposed to be for - Air? Then why does it have mana regen?
5. Attack Speed Tier is a common thunder attribute, yet this has some thunder defense debuff (which is supposed to counter the overpowered WS?)
6. The health debuff is ridiculous and has no point other than to make you die as fast as possible.
7. Maybe you should put some elemental defenses on it?
8. The mana steal doesn't make sense, is this supposed to be bad for thunder, which again doesn't make sense with the attack tier

perhaps that is why everything is so weird and stuff.

Becuase it wasn't supposed to be normal

Pehraps make stats, that benefit the element, but also stats that go against the element.
Like mana regen, but -water damage
+Air damage, but -walk speed
-health regen, but health bonus

 

Isn't that already possible?
Literally Statue at min walk speed + Stratiformis at max walk speed = moving statue.

I'm sure you can manage it easily without mythics too, with items like Dark Shroud, Booster Plate, and Raging Wind.

 

what if multi but no def/dmg or element mins.
edit: MLG Sagittarius i like it but you should change some stats.
