You know how health regen on its own is completely useless? Well how about if in every large town and city you have an inn you can sleep in or a church that has a priest in it that will heal you?

But mage is the only class that can heal itself without buying potions, and potions can get pretty expensive if you have to constantly restock. Maybe Mage can get some kind of temporary bonus effect from using the churches?

Maybe you just get a boost to regen hp 5,000,000,000 times as fast when you are in a village/town which deactivates once you leave, are in a duel, a swarm, or a guild battle.

You could do that but I just feel like having an inn or a church would be better for role playing purposes.

Perhaps it could be like the seaskipper (Yes I know sounds weird, but hear me out)

You pay money to enter the church or whatever, and it takes time to heal, though at a much faster rate. Like the seaskipper and crossing the ocean

    I'd support that.

Or maybe you pay money for the inn but when you go into the church you could pay to drink some holy water that completely heals you?

Boosted regen would solve this and make cities safe havens.

Cities should also let you run all you want without depleting your sprint bar.

Then maybe there's a holy water fountain in the middle of the church and you pay to drink out of it.
