Dungeons Sand-swept Tomb Changes

    (Yes this is my first thread and no that doesn't mean i'm a noob)

    So the Sand-Swept tomb dungeon has some problems
    • The only real "challenges" it has are the fighting challenges
    • It's too short (in my opinion)
    • You can just walk through the turret phase without taking any damage
    • The falling floor phase barely punishes you for somehow failing (you just have to wait for the floor to respawn)
    • The boss doesn't have any unique gameplay mechanics (the falling floor is just a fancy transition to the second phase)
    So here are some of my suggestions
    • The phase with the waves is fine, leave it as it is
    • The phase with the turrets needs something to try to slow you down (i'd suggest the ceiling crumbling similarly to the canyon guides with the land slides except with a much faster charge-up)
    • The second fighting phase is very bland (it's just a big room full of mobs), my suggestion is to make some places where you can make the ceiling collapse, and you have to crush some mobs with a lot of health
    • The falling floor stage is just way too easy (just walk forward), so i think it should be harder (obviously), make it so the falling floor is faster than the player, so you have to take shelter in those indents in the walls, after some time it will respawn and start to collapse again (unlike previously where you had to trigger it by standing at the beginning spot again)
    • Add a parkour challenge! I don't care if it has any gimmick or not, just add it
    • Change the boss, right now it's just a strong mob with 3 spells. Here's my idea of it, for the 1st phase, divide the arena into 9 parts (still stays the same in terms of looks) in a tic tac toe pattern, the first phase will have 9 lives (of course with 1/9 of the health it had), every time one of the lives dies 1 of the 9 parts of the arena will fall (if you fall into one of the holes you will take some damage and then you'll get teleported up to the arena). Once all 9 lives have been beaten the floor under the arena will also disappear, bringing you to the second arena. The second phase will begin, the boss will have a charge spell with an extremely low charge-up. Once again the arena is divided into 9 parts. Once in a while 2 of the parts of the arena will be unplayable (through the means of a land slide thingy like in the canyon guides, just like in the quest, the areas that will become unplayable will first show red particles as a warning). To block the charge spell, you will need to hide behind the mountains of rubble created by the land slides. Of course the boss will still have the pull and multihit spell.

    I hope you agree with me on these changes, or at least agree that the Sand-Swept tomb should be changed
    If you do, please help me make improvements to these suggestions :D

    Of course it is hard, if anything i want developers to take their time doing these things, it's not like i'm trying to get this released in a month or something.

    ok what you need is for somebody to build it, you get screen shots, maybe @icebreaker can help, he knows how to use commandblocks well, so maybe he can make your dungeon, idk.

    I'm not expecting this to come anytime soon(™), i don't really mind if it doesn't get added anytime soon, or never by that matter
    Actually, i'm quite good with command blocks, so maybe i'll give it a try, i don't know if i have the time (or patience) though.

    My opinions on the dungeon are:

    The second fighting room could definatly be redone, maybe in a way that isn't as bland and doesn't drop your fps as significantly.

    I don't like Hashr because he can one shot me with a spell while wearing armor in his level area.

    I don't see how the traps are significant at all, at least the falling floor hints at the boss fight.
