World [quest] Stranger From A Strange Land

In Rymek, the player will find a basement filled with bandits and an NPC, "Stranger". The bandits (named Brother Citi, Brother Rizz and Brother Tess) will attack you immediately while Stranger yells for help.

[1/2] Stranger: Help me, traveller!
[2/2] Stranger: These bandits have been keeping me here for weeks!

If the player kills all the bandits, the Stranger will continue his dialog.

[1/5] Arkas: Thank god you killed them! I was so scared!
[2/5] Arkas: Anyways, I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Arkas, a traveller from Fruma. I was stopping at Rymek when these thugs attacked me.
[3/5] Arkas: I don't know why, but I think they're after the Map...
[4/5] Arkas: Anyways, I'm sure I'm boring you. No-one wants to listen about dusty old myths. Actually, can you get my horse? I lost it in one of the caves outside Rymek the first time I tried to escape.
[5/5] Arkas: If you could bring it back, I would thank you immensely. I might have something of interest for you as well...

The player should find Arkas' horse, which will follow the player back. When the player gets back they should talk to Arkas again.

[1/2] Arkas: What? You're back already?
[2/2] Arkas: No, no, no, no... GET OUT! NOW!

If the player turns to leave, he will find the door blocked. Then a new mob, Enforcer Barsil, will spawn. The player is immediately frozen while the cutscene plays.

[1/4] Bandit Boss: Well well well... Look who walked right into my trap!
[2/4] Bandit Boss: No, Arkas didn't betray you. I made him wait here to bait you in... and now I've got you right where I want.
[3/4] Bandit Boss: Well, I guess I played my hand well enough. Did you think he really lost his horse in a random cave and needed YOU to go fetch it?
[4/4] Bandit Boss: So it comes to this. Farewell, stranger.

The Bandit Boss will then attack the player. His cloak allows him to instantly teleport next to the player if the player gets too far way, much like the new mobs in the Valley of Time. He deals 50 neutral damage with every hit from his sabre, and he has roughly 300-450 health. Upon death, he drops his cloak.

After the player kills the Bandit Boss, Arkas will complete the quest.

[1/8] Arkas: Phew! That was a close one.
[2/8] Arkas: I'm terribly sorry for all the bandit business though. The Boss actually made me cooperate at knife-pont. It's just, well, it's kinda hard to refuse an offer like that, right?>
[3/8] Arkas: How can I repay you? Ah, yes. Let me tell you the secret... the secret of the Map. It's what I've spent my entire life searching for, and while it's meant to be top secret, I guess I could share it with you to repay you for saving my life, right?
[4/8] Arkas: So... Where should I begin? Ah, yes. You see, many, many years ago, before the first hints of monsters even existed in Wynn, before Bob or Nohno's brothers or any of that, there was something created in Fruma. Whatever it was, the legends told that it would save us all from a peril that "came from deep within the earth".
[5/8] Arkas: Apparently, a circle of ancient Fruman wizards, the Guild of Seers, had divined that the world was to be faced with a monster invatsion, and devised a machine to stop it. The problem, however, was that they all disappeared. Some say they died. Others say they went into hiding. Whatever the reason, the 12 wizards disappeared off the earth, leaving only a set of crytic clues known as... the Map.
[6/8] Arkas: Ever since their disappearance, a secreet organisation was created to pass the knowledge on, and hopefully one day find that device. Unfortunately, while we've made a few headways here and there like those ancient chambers activated with meteor shards, well, we're kind of stuck.
[7/8] Arkas: I am one of the last generations of this organisation, the Pathfinders. Ever since my master died in an accident, I've been trying to complete his quest. That's why I came to Wynn. Can you help me?
[8/8] Arkas: Here, take my ring. If you ever see anyone else with this ring, talk to them, and maybe we can complete the Map, and end this monster invasion for once and for all.
