Improve Double Xp Bombs

Every Time there is a double xp bomb that is dropped, the word gets out. A global shout, skype, guild message, or private pm's, we all rush to that server and wanna get ourselves a little bonus. Bonus xp ain't bad, but everytime this happens, that specific server start to lag and it get pretty annoying......

The idea that I had is to expand the double xp to not only 1 server, but to all the servers. This may seem insane, but it provides the same chance to everyone, and reduce lag.

I also wanna know your opinions and we can modify this, this is just an idea that hopes to lead to an improvement of xp bombs and lag...

 

it'd ruin the monitization of wynn. DXP would be up 24/7 and the game would be over instantly.

 

and then there would be xp bombs being thrown literally all the time, thus breaking how xp should be gained

 

I was just going to think about reducing the time for double xp, but again, 20 minutes isn't really that long.

 

If this was a thing there would basically be DXP all the time due to so many people having loads of XP bombs, several people would be able to get from 1-100 in just days.

 

then why not remove xp bombs from the game
make people work for that shit

Dude, grind in frozen hights for like 1 hr and you'll level up. As much as thats cool, look at glitched mobs, one has been known to drop 11k XP, kill it a ton and bam game over, nothing left to do.

 

Maybe if instead of giving the network dxp give adjacent servers dxp
(Throwing a dxp on server 11 will grant xp to servers 10, 11 and 12)

Like it was said before it would be OP. dxp all the day. BUT there could be a SDXP (Server dxp) which would cost more GC.

Not sure which, a mod's probably patched it by now, but its a high level mob i remember that.

 

I like this idea. Having a server DXP and a world DXP. Same as shouts. The DXP for the whole server could be quite expensive, upwards of 10x more GC, so unless people really wanted to pay a lot, they couldn't keep DXP 24/7.

 

How about it also gives it to the 2 servers next to it?
