With the new Gameplay Update, there are now 30 powders.. 30!
So, there are 6 tiers for all the 5 elements, wich gives 30.

    My suggestion is:
Make some sort of bank near every enchanter.
    Let me explain

    Stocking
It would be like a shop where you can sell/buy powders, for no price, but when you do sell, a little +1 would be added where the amout of items is..

Of course that mean that the limit of that sort of powder will be 64 (a full stack).. this is to prevent being unlimited and OP.. To stock more powders, the player will have to upgrade his powders and spend a little bit of emerald.. He will have a choice to do:
    1. Stock 'em in the bank and lose place
    2. Trash 'em
    3. Spend a little bit of emerald and upgrade 'em forever

    Taking back from the stockage
When you right click a powder, it would cost you emeralds to withdraw that powder, also the number of that item would get down by one.

    Prices to withdraw:
    Tier 1 : 1 emerald
    Tier 2 : 2 emeralds
    Tier 3 : 3 emeralds
    Tier 4 : 4 emeralds
    Tier 5 : 5 emeralds
    Tier 6 : 6 emeralds

This doesn't seems to be a lot but it will go fast, trust me.

The Storage would look something like that:

Sorry, I don't have the RessourcePack
