It's free and simple to sign up. I have Paypal and I used it to purchase 200 GC, for 5 XP Bombs, and VIP+.

I know that many people ignore that, but actually if you follow PayPal's rules you have to be 18+ to create a PayPal-account. xD
Thats also a reason why I havent bought anything yet. I dont have a credit/debit card and no PayPal- account because I'm 17 years old and my parents dont want me to buy something when I'm already able to play the game.

 

1. Get your mom or dad to get a PayPal account, it's like reading the instructions off of a baking ingredients list
2. Make sure that they put a credit card in there - Or alternatively, you can go to the store and buy a $20 paypal cash card and put it into the account
3. Buy it with PayPal cash

This is why some people prefer Paypal Cash, where you go to the physical store (ie. Walget or Tarmart) and buy a PayPal card where you deposit money into the card.
ie.
PayPal balance at $0
Go to store to buy $20 PayPal card
Redeem PayPal card
PayPal balance -> $20
