Quest Start:
[1/1] Joviar: Hello maity, you lookin like a person to help me. Show me ze Abysso Goloshes, and I be sure to hire ye.

Dont have em? He will keep saying the same stuff.

Bring him the Galoshes.

Joviar: There they are!
Joviar: No no no, ye may keep em, ai, ye mey keep em.
Jociar: Now that i know what ye can do, I need yer help maity.
Joviar: Now now, I need ye to help me kill such terrible beastie.
Joviar: Have ys heard of the Kraken? Its a sea monster of endless powar.
Jovier: Not even the gods of wynn can defeat such monsta! Even hearig the word throws shivers down me back.
Jovier: There be 8 tentacles that be growing on the monsta's grim body.
Jovier: They have suction cups that will tear your face apart. The KRAKEN!
Jovier: To find it, you must go to the lost city of Sarnfic, and find the location of the Krakens den.

If you have sodeta boots, he'll accept those also.
Go to sarnfic, there should be a house relatively close to the opening, there should be an entity named Kraken's Den Location with 1 health. Kill it and it will drop paper named Kraken Den Location.
It should have coords shown in the lore. They lead to a cave close to MaronPeaks, and you cant enter it until you got the map. No map = no entry.

When you enter without the map this happens:

You hear the scream of a monster. Its best to turn back.

If you have a map you can enter, no text will ne shown.

Enter the cave and nothing should be there. The quest book updates. Now you gotta return to Jovier.

If you HADNT gone to the den,

Jovier: Have you slain the kraken?

If you have :

Jovier: Back so soon are ye?
Jovier: No kraken? Nonsense!
Jovier: He must he on the hunt. He often goes to the islands nearby, thats why all the zombies roam those isles.
Jovier: He must he somewhere there.

Go to the islands and somewhere in the water around the shore is a cave. Enter is and there would be a cave. Enter it, and you find a shipwreck with 3 NPCs that are called Merchant Sailors. Tere is one with dialogue, who says : Salted almighty deliver us. Dont let foul breath claim our souls.

Under the ship is a giant cave, the bottom is pretty puch water. In it is a squid 10 times as normal, has 45000 health, and does 450 meelee damage. Kill it and a tentacle (cutom texture some un used item to look like a tentacle) and bring it to Jovier.

Jovier: Is that it? It isnt! It isnt nearly big enough.
Jovier: Wait, if the legends are true, the kraken lays an egg when it is 50 years of age, and when the egg is 45 years ols, it hatches. The young kraken has only 5 years to learn from its mother.
Jovier: This means that the older kraken has died, and so has its young.
Jovier: This means only one thing. You have ended the kraken dynasty.

Quest complete.

it seems to early for the npc to already start talking about the kraken. maybe something like "have you heard of the monste-" or something

p sure the stereotype for that is "matey". also i would say change "ze" to "le"

there's an I that needs to be capitalized here, and once again change "maity" to "matey". also you changed his name. it's "Joviar".

"ys" should be "ye", and "Its" should be "It's"

who are the gods of Wynn? when were they ever mentioned in the story? do you mean Bob? and "wynn" should be "Wynn". and "hearig" should be "hearing".

ah yes, because he will totally take random boots that you should not even have at that level yet, without mentioning them at all.

where is the cave? you should say the coordinates of the cave. it's called "Maro Peaks". and "you can't enter if until you have the map".

what islands? coordinates please. you changed his name again. it should be "Joviar".

this should be "He must be somewhere around there." also you changed his name again. it should be "Joviar".

this could really use some improvement. i can tell you didn't proofread it before posting, which is something you should always be doing.

 

Yea, I don't think that using the Abysso Galoshes as proof is good, since after doing lost soles you don't have them. While you did say sodeta would work, I don't this would be logical; since a pair of cursed dernic boots, responsible for the destruction of sarnfic, would be the same as a pair of shoes given to members of an ancient guild.

 

Don't use any boots: people may have sold theres and don't want to buy another pair

 

This quest is directly after the one you earn Abysso Galoshes in. Why not?

The point is that it doesnt reproduce with other krakens, there is one, and one only.

 

For the boots what about the people who have already completed both sodeta and beneath the depths, the level 75's who when this quest is added want to go back and complete it. They can't do it and that makes it unfair to them

 

The Kraken is already the boss of the Water Mini-Dungeon.
