If not right level:
Hugh: WAAAH A SCARWY MONSTER
Hugh: Oh a human, come back at level 58

Quest:
Hugh: WAAAH! A SCARWY MONSTER
Hugh: Wait! You're a fighter! Please help me.
Hugh: I see scarwy monsters at night time, my parwents don't believe me!
Hugh: Please get rid of this monster.

Talk to Hugh's dad

Dad: Your from Hugh, right?
Dad: He speaks nonsense! Go to my wife.

Talk to Hugh's mum/mom

Mum: Hey! I'm busy here.
Mum: Maybe you can help. Go to the basement and give me another broom stick, this one is broken

Go to the basement and get a broomstick

When you pick up broomstick:

[You start hearing grumbling sounds upon the wall, you should run]

Mum: Thank you, rude person!

Go back to Hugh and tell him about the basement

Hugh: Hmm, maybe the monsters are coming from the basement
Hugh: If you kill them, I won't have to pee my pants every bloody night!
Hugh: Please do! I'll steal my parent's money and give it to you!

kill the monster in the basement, bring back [1 boogeyman's head]

Hugh: Oh, thats disgusting, keep that head
Hugh: While you were gone, i stole the money, here.
Hugh: Yay no more pee pants anymore!

What level is this? It's hard to judge the rewards without that. Also, I don't think a little kid would say "every bloody ngiht", it doesn't go with the theme of the previous words.

 

I don't like it, there's quite a few problems I have with it

 

its good but the child wouln't say every bloody night xD

 

1. the dialogue is lackluster, you spent like 5 minutes on it.
2. as everybody else said, "bloody night"
3. 95 damage? seriously?
4. needs more lore
5. needs more ???

this is kinda strange as he give no explanation on why you should go talk to his wife, perhaps add that he is busy and that you can consult with his wife.

I like this line ;P

this dosent make sense as you get the head not the eye and the kid dosent take the head and give you the eye, just rename it to be Boogerman's Head.
As so what is this a helmet or a a

ccessory (e.g bracelet, or ring, or amulet)?

it would also be helpful to list the locations of the npcs such as the dad and the mum, could you also describe what the location looks like how the house would look like where the wife is how the basement looks perhaps list some blocks that should be use if this quest is added and general stuff like that.

for most of the text you for got to add the part after you ask them for info on the quest such as is you talk to them again after they give you there infomation.

what i'll suggest this ( purely what i'd like) for having this turn dark as when you get to the basement you get knocked out and you find out the the kid is secretly the boogerman wanting to eat you. and you get some more lore to add to the dad and the mum just to subtle hinting at this is going to make a 360 degree turn.

idk if its a thing for you but is it accually the boogerman or the boogeyman?
