    As far as I know, you only get 198 skill points. You should be able to get 200, maybe start with 2 when making a class, so you could max 2 stats.

    True. Level 101 is the ultimate completionist goal. It kinda breaks the nice even look, though. Level 100 is a nice round number with 198 skill points and Level 101 is aesthetically ruined in order to fix the skill points. Eh. Maybe there should be more arcane rewards for reaching the 101th level...
