    Just and idea but while upgrading intelligence it will also ever so slightly increase mana regen after intelligence reaches a cirtain level.

    Intelligence is for reducing cost of mana. I dun think it's nessesary that increase mana regen

    Full mana regen can be easily achieved with a water build. There is no need for this.

    Wayyy too OP. A lot of water gear already includes mana regen, and having a lot of int will reduce your spell cost significantly anyway.

    Just like everyone else said above ^, this would be way too overpowered since some gear that requires Intelligence already gives mana regen.
