Guilds Territory Limit

    And this is also why we need guild update faster, including gavel territories.

    @motoki1 I agree, but they are busy, so we gotta work with what we got. On a side note in terms of implementation of more territories I am sure It can't be overly challenging. There must be some hardcoded list somewhere containing arrays of 8 integers mapped to a territory name, just slap some more on! But in reality they probably have to carefully consider a balance to the territories, and properly plan them. They have a lot on their hands

    Yeah I was unaware of that. I did it once , and then we stopped. we allot 2-3 minutes for defense before attacking.

    3 guilds are controlling 90%, but also 161 players.
    Though I still don't like the fact that smaller guilds have a hard time getting territories without them instantly being taken back. With the addition of Gavel territories, the guilds should spread out and it will be much better.

    Personally, I would prefer a system where you can only take over territories next to ones you already have, instead of hunting out the weakest ones. Might be a bit annoying at first, but it would probably allow more guilds to get into the action. </mini-suggestion>

    There are no weak territories, there are lazy guilds.

    Also I think that @Tis_awesomeness is saying that you'd just go out and target the weak guilds who hold territories.

    It doesn't matter if you target a weak guild in wars it isn't a 1v1 its a 1v all.

    Lmao... main reason those guilds dominate the map is probably the fact they are allianced together (Hax, Uxs, Bla... etc) so they cannot take territories from each other. Basically, this prevents the 'powerhouse guilds' from warring on each other and thus making it so that the bigger guilds generally keep the territory they take because there is nobody to challenge them (if a smaller guild takes a territory, these guilds will probably take it back within the next ten minutes because of lack of high defense)

    They don't hold the territory because they're big, they're big because they hold the territory.
    The top guilds are the most active guilds that powerhouse the map between them.

    Maybe not a limit, but I defiantly agree that Uxs and Hax has way to much land. But hey, we had 4th place once because they had like 90% and we had 4% so...

    The solution to this would be making certain territories like toa, troms, and deltas worth much much more than a territory such as The Bear Zoo, keeping the competitions between the tops guilds alive whist also letting smaller guilds fight/have fun/not instantly get destroyed.

    I also think it would be interesting to allow guild members to defend your territory from other guilds
    (They get the same 3min timer and if they are in the terr they get added in the fight against the attacking guild in order to make the competition over the most valuable territories more interesting).



    So in the end:
    More competition/depth in the guild system
    More chances for smaller guilds to enter in the fun/thrive
    A more interesting and diverse guild system
    General change in a broken system


    I also think it would be cool to add territories in gavel.

    Ultimate Xeons Took over 25 Territories from Hax OVERNIGHT. The big difference is these guilds are established and they have solid players with a strong group of people

    well this is assuming they actually balance pvp and fix guild glitches.

    If you guys spent half as much time attacking and grinding as you do whining and complaining then I'm sure you'd be the #1 guild. If you really want to do something, then constantly dedicate hours of your life into one territory or region. The best thing you can do is empty their vast amount of emeralds by forcing them to buy mobs for defense, not wasting everyone's time.
