World Rainfall & Snowfall | Rain And Snow Enemies During These Times

I think every now and then there should be periodic rain and or snow fall. When it is about to rain, a message will appear saying "A storm is brewing. Watch out for stronger monsters in the wilderness." After which, it will start raining in all areas except Almuj or Rymek on occasion.

In Almuj and Rymek, the climate is extra dry, thus it only rains there for short periods of time. Also, rain will never fall in Molten Heights, as it is volcanic there. When it's raining in Detlas, it could be dry in Almuj.

Almuj and Rymek only get rain every few days (12-13 in-game days apart).

In Nesaak, it will snow. When it snows, stronger versions of Wolves and Zombies will spawn. When it rains in any other area, Stronger zombies will spawn often, and low level Animated Water will also spawn.

Blazes will be extremely weak during rainfall, as well as any other Fire Related mob. But they won't be too weak to the point of them being UP (Under Powered).

Rainfall / Snowfall will last for 10 minutes each cycle. After rainfall / snowfall ends, a message will appear saying "The storm has withered away. The strong monsters are now weak."

Here is a list of mobs that you may encounter during Rainfall / Snowfall.

Zombies have higher HP in areas like Troms. Lower HP in areas like Ragni. They have average HP in the ocean and on islands.

All zombies are neutral elemental, meaning they attack with neutral damage, and don't have any strengths or weaknesses, it's all neutral.

Thunderstruck Zombie: HP: 40-1000 | DMG: 60-375

Animated Water: HP: 20-200 | DMG: 1-200

Strong Drenched Zombie: HP: 600-2000 | DMG: 220-440
Strong Soaked Zombie: HP: 650-2200 | DMG: 230-450
Strong Thunderstruck Zombie: HP: 700-2400 | DMG: 240-460
Strong Wet Zombie: HP: 600-2000 | DMG: 220-440
Animated water is more common in Gavel during Rainfall

Snowfall in "Wynn"
Frozen Zombie: HP: 500 | DMG: 120
Iced over Zombie: 520 | DMG: 130
Snowy Zombie: 550 | DMG: 140
Freezing Zombie: 500 | DMG: 120
Animated Icicle: 100 | DMG: 75

 

Simply, great.

 

I feel that if the Roots of Corruptions are affected by Overworld weather, it removes the otherworldly aspect of it and breaks the immersion.

Barrier blocks at block limit will remove the rainfall/snowfall and protect the loyal nether creatures.

FIXED!

 

When it rains somewhere in minecraft it rains everywhere, you can't specify the place.
Also if you turn on weather ice will melt.

This can be fixed by some coding by Jumla and the dev team. How do you think they made it so you can't plant items?

I, as a light theme user on an iPad (I probably could find a way around it on a computer), find this Hell to read. A large portion of it is white text. Could you please fix that and switch the text color to "none"?

The ice can be fixed via plugin, the world-wide-rain could be a problem. One solution might be have just a huge roof of barrier blocks, and only open a hole in them in places where you want the rain/snow to fall through?

You mean because we're in adventure mode? Or things like we can work buttons but not levers?

Also, this has been already suggested a few times (including by myself) over the last few years. Maybe there was nothing like this suggested after 7/9 though so I guess this thread is justified.
