World Bank On Mage Island And Le Merchant In Nemract?

I Was Doing Beneath the depths earlier and found I had to go all the way to detlas because there was no le guy in nemract and I didnt have 20 single blocks I think they should be added to ease some people doing quests like this.

 

It's only one quest, while Beneath the Depths may be an annoying fetch quest Mage Island is too minor for a bank and Nemract is too close to Detlas.

 

You can avoid such situations by going through the wiki page first, also, I don't think too many locations should have the facilities requested, as it would Ruin the sense of progression

 

I was having bad internet and my laptop was slow so I couldnt look it up on that otherwise I would have to turn my tablet wifi I was just thinking these should be implemented for the 2 locations.

Big no on the nemrect LE merchant since they should be in big towns or areas.

Why would they were be a bank in some place that isnt even a town...
