Old Wynn | Bringing The Pre-gavel Back On Another Server!

it would be nice if you could go on the compass of the lobby and see another option to enter pre-gavel or older
versions,characters are another thing so i wont talk about that.

 

This has been asked before so ima sum it up.

1. Too much work to keep up another server

2. Too much money to keep another server

3. Only a minority of people want this

While I know this wouldn't happen, you could just select and area with world edit and //setblock 0

 

No, they just hid it behind a big wall.

 

There's no point in adding legacy play if only 10 people will care about it. The old game was bad, the only reason would be for nostalgia.

 

What about the old spells?
Old terrain?
Old mobs?
I would play this if it was added but I won't be disappointed if it wasn't.

The spell that was replaced by Ice Snake was actually called Ice Barrier. I think the "fireball" spell you're thinking of was actually just how meteor used to work.

 

I honestly like pre gavel better but its just not gonna happen

 

Old terrain still just kinda rides on nostalgia, it looked terrible and you had to jump up blocks all the time. Old mobs are just downgraded versions of the current ones. I suppose the old spells is a valid point, but still.

I doubt there'd even be enough frequent legacy play users to fill up one server. It's just not worth the effort that would be required to go through to recover everything.

Anyone else remember how boring old uppercut was? Less damage and it didn't work 99% of the time.

For the thread itself, too much work like everyone stated. What are the chances that everyone would play for two days then stop? This would be wizard fortress all over again.

Point 1. It would cost money to maintain server space
Point 2. it would cost money to pay staff
Point 3. It would make no money in return unless people start buying VIP like crazy

 

yea! lets go back to the time multi hit did 2000% damage and warriors could go over 100% defense!

 

I always wondered if it was possible to get immunity pre gavel But yea I miss the times when my broken mage assasain would destroy the unplayable assasain mage.

 

Yea let's grind all the way from lvl 60-70 woohoo
