And for guild wars if one guild is attacking another on an island based territory if your on the attacking guild and going to the war could you perhaps get attacked by pirates that are defending the guild

While this sounds exactly how I'd imagined it, this would be extremely hard to code.
I think visually, it might be impossible, but I'd suggest something:

The player would be teleported to a model map of their location, but the model map would generate their ship, and on board would be an NPC that allowed you to customize your ship and even invite other players to see your ship and whatnot.

When actually travelling in Wynncraft, you'd simply be teleported with blindness as messages that stated your situation in the sea would occur. Example: Whilst travelling, you were raided! -10% Emerald Cache!

Other than that, this idea is brilliant and could be amazing. XD

I am okay with the idea, but I just have a few problems with it.
1.) Some of the travelling destinations take more time then with a normal boat (Selchar doesn't take 3 minutes to get to.).
2.) There is a good amount of info, but some of that info is useless. Where's the prices? I see none, and when talking about purchasing, you can't just leave out numbers.
3.) Where is the exact locations? The locations provided are fine, but I like to know exactly where the locations are.
4.) You will need a different boat for every single combination of purchases on the boat. Nemract drunkness potions? On-boat banking? If there is, let's say, only five different things you can buy, for every tier, there is 25 different boats that is needed to be built, and then there is way more complications, so that would take a while to make. A While.
5.) In general, more specifications. How many pirates spawn? Is there a limit on how many people per boat? Please explain.

And please. If you look over one problem, look over all of them just because you don't want to.

A lot of things you mentioned (e.g the price) was messed up due to me changing the layout, and accidently forgetting to copy something.
Once I find time, I'll try to add / edit the points you listed
