    Mythical Item
    lore #1 Sucking the souls out of its enemies and the pain of dehydration. This weapon serves as what happens when water enchantments are applied to items.

    lore #2 Long ago a ferocious drought was brought apon people of an ancient tribe using forbidden water magic they though they could restore water thus creating balance once again.
    But only created intense dehydration of the land ceasting the exstance of the village.

    I don't know about the life steal but aside from that it's pretty good.

    the life steal sorta fits in with the theme of the weapon name and the lore (tbd) but this is not the final weapon finish and will be revised. xD

    Nice idea! However,
    I think it should have positive mana steal and negative mana regen tho (or no mana regen) since you're dehydrated (losing water/mana) and desperately need water no matter how you get it (stealing water/mana)

    its really up honestly it deserves to be a rare
    i would buff the following things
    1) the water damage
    2) add some spell damage
    3) make it have 3 slots

    let me tell you once i add more damage to it people are gonna be all about complaining how op it is damage wise and its just gonna be a mess
    I sorta thought that it was Thirst for extracting the water from the enemy and then giving it to you but having a few side effects as a result of that
    e.g. Mana Regen and Mana Steal

    I like it, but I think it would be better if the damage wasn't as random, that is associated with thunder, not water, I think these should be the stats,
    I also think the attack speed and other stats should be edited. I think this is a great idea though, nice job. The 3/4 mana regen is listed as mana steal though.

    I haven't really ever looked at the stats of tidebinder, but I know it has slow attack, is level 99 and has insane water defence, nothing else though.
