World Im Tired Of Gavel Ruining Wynncraft

Weapons in shop are sort of meant to be less-than-average, they're mainly for really unlucky people and for people who just lost stuff.
As @WithTheFish said, try and find a better weapon around your level, here's what I would do: Go look up wands in the item guide, and once you find an item you want, you can go to the trade market sub-forum and try and find good deals on said weapon.

Ehm, excuse me? Death is a pushover now, I say he's EASIEST to solo on mage, just use Ethereal and the meteore spell cause he's weak to Water and Earth!

So you are saying that mage is UP in 70+ (sarcasm if it was not obvious).

 

I fought Death in 1.13. He was so hard for mage then, everyone was calling in Broettinger.

 

Idea
Use assassin or Archer.

 

First off, you're a mage. This means that you shouldn't be punching them with your wand. Meteor significantly raises your damage output, even if a good deal of the damage from it is blocked. Ice Snake stops things from moving, and from attacking you until they're done not-moving. Heal, to put it simply, heals you. If you're in a bind, then teleport through your opponents.

You're a mage, you should be working with spells. Grab a good neutral wand, and a good mana regen wand. Whack the enemy with meteors and snakes from the neutral, swap to your regen when you get low, swap back.

 

Go over to Tower of Amnesia, reset skill points, and focus mainly on putting most on to intelligence (AKA the Water build). This one is the best for mages who need to spam spells.

 

it's funny how people used to say assassin is underpowered but it was perfectly fine, and now mages are apparently underpowered and there hasn't been any major updates to Gavel. Why didn't you speak up while assassins were complaining?

 

i agree with one thign and it is that neutral damage shouldnt be the only damage dealt to certain end game bosses , whats the point of elemental damage if its useless against bosses.... mostof the best weapons relay on elemental damage
