World Im Tired Of Gavel Ruining Wynncraft

This update has made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to kill ANY boss that only takes neutral damage because the mage class does so little neutral damage and its spells rely on elemental damage. I have 2 quests that I am the last boss on but I can NOT kill these stupid bosses
:(

 

So what's the suggestion

 

Instead of raging, why don't you find a friend to help you with the bosses, or buy a neutral damage weapon.
The developers really didn't screw anything up, I'm a mage too and I have fine with almost any boss.

Gavel is perfectly fine. Many mages have progressed perfectly fine.

And if you think it's THAT screwed as a mage, get a team to help you on your wynncraft journey!

 

they could increase the neutral damage of weapons or decrease the amount of health bosses have, also im a level 72 mage my wand does 50 neutral damage trying to take on the last amadel or the guy from the "eye of the storm" is impossible when they have 100000 health and I do 50 damage + they regen more health than I deal

How about you just get a Weapon with good Neutral damage?

 

I main mage and can solo almost every boss I come across, exception being Death.

It just takes a good build.

 

Look, each class has statistics. Mage happens to have 2/5 neutral damage and 5/5 spell damage. You chose the class and you could have read the stats. Also, you should probably find people to help you. I still need help with some bosses and I'm level 84.

 

Mate, you've got Meteor for a reason. It can deal upwards of 10k a hit, and that's with a mediocre build. Ice Snake stops bosses from moving. You can spam heal to keep yourself alive. I main a poorly-build mage (I'm not the sharpest when it comes to builds), and I solo'd the Chained Beast. You should be fine, just make a good build.

 

the thing is i chose my mage before gavel, this means neutral damage was standard and there was no elemental damage, also Meteor mainly does elemental damage

u may do that amount of damage but my meteor spell only does 100 damage to neutral mobs

 

I'm saying that your build doesn't work out. It benefitted most players and if you can't do that, then grab some friends or start over.

 

Maybe you should make a diffrent build or get a friend to help you. Btw why dont you use those default weapons, which you can buy in almost every town?

 

they have slow attack speeds and low damage, even if it is only neutral

 

50 net damage is pathetic for a level 72 mage, most wands at your level do around 70-80 net damage and more elemental damage.
that should dish out meteors that do 210-240 net damage and a ton of elemental damage.
what wand are you using?

 

First I got to 74, did reincarnation, killed Bob with a friend, and used the mythic bow to kill Amadel easily.

I think the reason is because you do low neutral damage is because you have an elemental damage wand, I've found that the more elemental damage you do the less neutral damage you do. Also you're using a wand 8 levels lower than you, maybe find a better one?

 

they sell this wand in cinfras
