Heal In Cities - The Inn

In cities you usualy have inns and healers, I'd love to be able to go there when I go to a city.

How it would translate ingame:
- when entering a city you recieve an hp regen boost.
- when leaving it you loose it.

Small villages like Lusuko or not defend ones like Gelibord might not benefit from it as it's not realy safe to stay there.
The boost doesn't need to be realy strong, you heal while staying a little while in the city. Preferably depending on player's max health, it could also depend on the city's level. The idea is to get full health after 1 or 2 minutes of roaming the city, not be able to instantly go back to combat.

This feature would realy be great when changing gear, which you usualy do near a bank when testing builds.

Technicaly, I don't know if it's possible to remove a buff when leaving a city. If it's not possible then adding a 5 seconds heal regen each 5 seconds could be a solution.

In response to your question about the effect, it could be a constant slow regen. If it can test [You Are Now Entering _____ ], then it can probably give an effect too.
