    The agility and dexterity seam a little high. Other than that it looks great. Maybe make the Name color Yellow.

    EDIT: They need to add this, From looking at the other Mythic Daggers, I dont think that there is a mythic thunder dagger

    The name "Storm" for this dagger is great but I honestly think "Surge" or "Bolt" are more fitting since it's mostly a thunder element dagger. The lore could still fit if you do decide to change the name but eh, I'm not that great at making item lores.

    there is no reason for this weapon to have mana steal, it's not a water weapon

    Well, isn't mana steal a water/thunder trait and mana regen is just a water trait?

    mana regen/steal is more of a water item thing, but since most people do not know how to balance items and make them is common for this sort of thing to happen

    I am quite good at balancing items, but I thought mana steal was a thunder/water thing, but more of a water thing.

    Well, I have changed it a bit already in matspace's favour because I have lowered the agility requirement, increased the dexterity requirement and changed dexterity.

    Manasteal should probably have base of 2/2, I think that being able to get 4/2 on any one item is kind of over powered
    Lore is weird as hell
    Why does no one make water dagger damnit

    REGEN, and Aquarius can have up to 7/4
    Don't mention mana regen when I'm suggesting mana STEAL, they're VERY VERY different things

    Ik that 4/2 possible mana regen is very high, but items with higher attack speeds won't trigger mana/life steal as much as items with slower attack speeds do and this item has fast attack speed so it won't be OP.
