    Quest: Pasta Tale

    Lvl: 50
    Difficulty: Easy

Starting NPC: Papyru. Found in Nesaak.

    Pre-Quest:

    [1/3] Papyru: Hello, human!
[2/3] Papyru: While I desperately need your help, I’m afraid you’re not experienced enough.
[3/3] Papyru: Come back when you’re [Level 50].

    Quest Book:
Talk to Papyru in Nesaak at (X, Y, Z).

[1/3] Papyru: Hello, human! It is I, the great Papyru, and I need your assistance!
[2/3] Papyru: You see, I’m making a special dish of spaghetti for someone later, but I don’t have the ingredients.
[3/3] Papyru: Bring me [15 String], [2 Red Powder], [1 Buckets of Milk], and [3 Potatoes].

[1/2] Papyru: What, the recipe looks weird?
[2/2] Papyru: Trust me, I’m a master spaghetti chef!

    Quest Book Updated
Find [15 String], [2 Red Powder], [1 Buckets of Milk], and [3 Potatoes] for Papyru.

[1/7] Papyru: Ah, thank you human!
[2/7] Papyru: Unfortunately, while you were gone, some meddling canine stole something precious from me!
[3/7] Papyru: This object is the only thing I can use to turn this regular spaghetti into Papyru’s Super Special Spaghetti.
[4/7] Papyru: Do you think you can find this dog and get it back?
[5/7] Papyru: I’ve heard it hangs out somewhere in the Animal Dungeon, though I don’t know where.
[6/7] Papyru: Try looking for patches of white fur, it left quite a bit when it robbed me.
    [7/7] Papyru: Now hurry human!

[1/1] Papyru: Remember, the dog is probably hiding somewhere with white fur littered around.

    Quest Book Updated:
Find the Irritating Dog hiding somewhere in the Animal Dungeon, and bring back [1 Ancient Artifact] back to Papyru.

In one of the rooms in the Animal Dungeon, there are White Fur items littered around. These items are renamed bonemeals, and they have no use other than to indicate where the cave that the Irritating Dog is hiding in.

If you try entering the cave before the quest:
Some annoying force is pushing you back.

    During the quest:
There’s something annoying about this cave, but you don’t know what.

    Boss: Irritating Dog
    Hostility: Neutral
    Mob: Tamed Wolf
    Attack Type: Melee
    Lvl: 55
    Health: 10,000
Resistance: Fire, Water, Air, Thunder, Earth

    walk speed: Fast
Spells: Teleport I, Web Spell, Slowness I, Blindness, Multihit I
Uses 1 random spell every 7 seconds.
Drops: 10-15 White Fur, 1 Ancient Artifact (Renamed Slime Ball)

(If you think the fight will be too frustrating, just remember, it's the IRRITATING Dog)

[1/5] Papyru: Ah, thank you human! It must have taken quite the determination to get this back!
[2/5] Papyru: I’ve already cooked the spaghetti while you were gone, and this Ancient Artifact will make it even more delicious!
    [3/5] Papyru: Now stand back!
Papyru raises the orb and closes his eyes.
A beam of light shoots from the artifact to the pot of spaghetti.
Suddenly, there is a bright flash of light.
When the room dims down, the spaghetti starts to sparkle.
    It...also kind of smells.

[4/5] Papyru: Yes! Perfect! Oh Oondeen is going to love this!
[5/5] Papyru: I can’t thank you enough human! Here, take this a token of my gratitude!

    After Quest:
[1/1] Papyru: Hello human! How have you been?

This Quest could be tweaked a bit, especially the stats, as I don’t exactly know the appropriate stats for different things.

    Fun Facts:
-A lot of elements from this quest are inspired by the game Undertale
--The name itself is similar to the game (Pasta Tale, Undertale
--Papyru is inspired by the character Papyrus
---Papyru is one of the special name options, in which Papyrus state “I’ll allow it!”
---Papyru shares a love of spaghetti with Papyrus, but both have questionable cooking skills
---Papyrus lives in a snowy town called Snowdin, and Papyru also lives in a snowy town called Nesaak.
---Papyrus has a special Blue Attack, thus the Blue Skull reward
---Both Papyru and Papyrus call the player "Human", as Papyrus is a monster, and Papyru is a villager.
--The Irritating Dog is inspired by the Annoying Dog
    ---Both steal from Papyru/Papyrus
    ---Both steal an Ancient Artifact
---Both leave behind basically useless items (White Fur, Dog Residue)
--Oondeen’s name is based off of a mispronunciation of Undyne, another character in Undertale

    No. Just no.

At least with Lord of the Clock, they used a classic masterpiece of fantasy literature. Undertale, as much as it is booming right now, is still extremely recent. It could end up just being a passing fad for all we know; in a few years it may be considered awful or become completely discredited. There is simply not enough excuse to do this.

To be fair, this is the best undertale quest suggestion so far, by far. A decent amount of work went into it, it's fairly balanced, and it's nothing major. The quest itself is a bit lack-luster, it piggybacks on the fact that it's a reference. But the part where you have to search a dungeon is a nice touch! I can see why this wouldn't be added, but it's a lot better than you might think.

I bet wynncraft won't have any undertale references anyways though, but this is a decent attempt at one.

You realize they also put in a quest that's majorly inspired by Shrek and an NPC based off of Squidward from Spongebob, right? For all we know, Wynncraft builders could add in a FNAF related quest. (Ok, that's actually incredibly unlikely, but you get my drift)

Yes, but Spongebob and Shrek have recently been getting more and more cringey (That's a word now). Nowadays, they're not really regarded as "good" anymore. That didn't stop Wynncraft builders from adding those quests/NPCs in!

I really don't think this is the best of ideas. True, there's Lord of the Clock, but that's something basically anyone can understand because honestly, who hasn't read the book/watched the movie/heard of it? There's still a lot of people who haven't heard of undertale.
Normally I'd give critique but no offense or anything, I'm too tired to.

Sure I enjoyed undertale, and dont really care if any of my friends like it, but this is why fandoms kinda ruin everything. They think that it needs to be everywhere, and the game/show that said fandom belongs to, is the best thing on the planet.

As many previous mentions, This is way too soon, its been about over a half a year since undertale and Lord of the Rings is much much older. And (call me dumb) but the lord of the clocks quest was pretty subtle, I actually didn't realize what it was referencing until my 3rd time doing it. This just basically plain says undertale. Only 1 letter is removed from papyrus. If this was posted maybe 2 years later, and made more "hidden" in papyrus this would be good, I liked the ending item, I thought it was a good item that could be an item and not related to undertale at all.
