    Mythic Helmet (yes, a helmet!)
    Lv 84 min
    +100hp
    -50 all elemental defenses

    Average IDs:
    +3 in all skill points
    5% in all %-based IDs
    Average of 50 lifesteal/poison
    Static 1/4 mana regen/mana steal
    +200hp

    (0/20 Slots)

    The idea is a helmet that can be buffed by powders, similar to the Empire Builder. The extra IDs are just a bonus. To balance it out it gives an extremely low amount of health. It would be hard to view the IDs, it would have to fit 2-3 per line.
