Guilds Some Guild Perks?

I just think there should be some perks with Guilds.
Like maybe something like 0.0001% of your Guild's XP contributions will be turned into XP bonus distributed to players based on their XP contribution. Maybe make the perk available for Guilds with 5+ members

Example:
You have a Guild, With 20000000 XP total.
So thats 20% Loot bonus Total.
There are 6 people in your guild.

Bob contributed 15000000 XP (Because Bob is the real champion.)
Bobbie contributed 2000000 XP
Bobby contributed 1000000 XP
Bobington contributed 1000000 XP
Bobbity contributed 500000 XP
Xx_BobbityBob_xX contributed 500000 XP

So
Bob gets 15% Bonus
Bobbie gets 2% Bonus
Bobby gets 1% Bonus
Bobington gets 1% Bonus
Bobbity gets 0.5% Bonus
Xx_BobbityBob_xX gets 0.5% Bonus

Does that make sense?

Or maybe the XP Bonus is equal to your Guild lvl.

Like a lvl 24 Guild has a 24% XP Bonus divided evenly among members.

This might be a little OP against SOLO players but it is a pretty cool idea.

Guilds are broken enough at the moment, any new features will certainly not help

I said a guild with 5 or more people

 

I said against solo players meaning that it would be unfair towards them

 

Thing is that not all of the xp comes from players, a lot of the xp comes from territories so the percentages would be too small.
